Introduction

This document, which may also be denoted as "Terms of Service," "Terms," "User Agreement," or "Agreement" interchangeably, constitutes a legally binding contract between OmeTV (ome.tv) - referred to as the "Website" or "Web-site" henceforth - and individuals, businesses, and organizations (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Users").

Throughout this Agreement, the terms "us," "we," and "ours" may be employed to represent OmeTV. Conversely, the terms "you," "your," "User," and "Visitor" may be utilized to denote all individuals accessing the Website. The terminology "Content" or "Contents" pertains to any materials accessible via the Website.

To gain entry to and utilize all Contents and services provided by the Website, you confirm that you are a minimum of 18 (eighteen) years old, or have reached the legal age stipulated by your state, country, or locality if it exceeds 18.

By utilizing our Website, you affirm your adherence to the terms delineated within this Agreement and our Rules. Furthermore, you acknowledge your acceptance and adherence to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Gaining access to and using Website

We provide you with a nonexclusive, non-sub-licensable, and revocable license, allowing you access to and use of our Website, strictly in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Your rights conferred by this Agreement cannot be transferred or assigned and any such transfer shall be considered void or voidable as deemed appropriate.

This Agreement does not establish any form of agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee relationship, franchisor-franchisee relationship, or any similar association between you and us.

User contents

Users have the ability to share text, audio (verbal statements), and video content with other Users. By sharing any User Content through the Website, you hereby grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, along with the right to sublicense, to utilize, replicate, adapt, alter, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise utilize such User Content on, through, or via the Website and third-party websites. This encompasses the use of said Content for commercial purposes.

We do not assert any ownership rights over such User Content, and nothing within these Terms will be interpreted as limiting any rights you may have to use and exploit your User Content. The copyright for all Contents remains with the User who has provided them.

You acknowledge and consent that you are exclusively responsible for all User Content you share via the Website. Therefore, you declare and guarantee that you either hold the sole and exclusive ownership of all User Content you share via the Website, or you possess all the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and releases to grant us the rights over such User Content, as envisaged under the terms of this Agreement.

Malicious User activity

Trying to examine, investigate, or assess the security of any of our systems or networks, or attempting to breach any security or authentication measures;

Evading, circumventing, dismantling, deactivating, impairing, unscrambling, or otherwise bypassing any technological measures put in place by us, our providers, or any other third party (including another User) to safeguard the Website or Content;

Trying to access or search the Website or Content, or download Content from the Website by means of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or similar) aside from generally available third-party web browsers;

Falsifying any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email post, or in any manner using the Website or Content to transmit altered, deceptive, or fictitious source-identifying information.
